Please allow24-48 hours for your tracking to be
updated. Sometimes USPS do not update the tracking information until your
package has reached your local post office. This is very common for
orders shipped via First Class.
Our soaps require a
minimum of 4 -6 weeks to cure before they are ready to be shipped.
Cold process soaps are made with a high content of water, pure oils and butters
and they need time for the water to evaporate from them. Cure time also
allows for a harder and longer lasting bar.
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please
contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because bath and body products are a personal care product, we do
not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact
me so we can discuss an appropriate solution. We do not refund the purchase
cost based on personal taste, such as scent, color, or texture. We try our best
to describe the scents based on the descriptions provided by the fragrance oil
and essential oil manufacturer and what we think of them when we smell them.
If you have any allergic reactions to foods or products, please be
aware of your allergies look at our ingredients lists carefully.

clamshell and a few surprises. Your credit card will be automatically charged 25th of each prior month for a member credit until you cancel.
Yes. To skip a month simply login. Once you are logged
in click the "Manage Subscription" button. On the Subscriptions page,
click on "Edit Subscription", then select the "Manage upcoming
orders" dropdown. Here you can see orders for the remaining months and
skip any that are necessary.
Should you receive notification that your package has been delivered, but you don't have it, your package was mistakenly marked as "delivered" by USPS. In this instance your package may arrive three to five business days after the package was marked delivered. If you do not receive your package five business days after being marked delivered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get the issue resolved!
It is also possible that your address was entered incorrectly on your order, or it was sent to an old address if you did not update your shipping information. If for any reason your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. The cost to reship a package is $5.99 and you will be sent an invoice via email.
To update your shipping or billing information simply login into your profile. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" button. On the Subscriptions page, click on "Edit Subscription", then select the "Address and shipping information" drop down. Here you click the "Edit" link beneath your Shipping or Billing address to update. Click "Save Changes" when you are complete and be sure the new address is displayed under the Address and shipping information section.
Be sure you're logging in here to access your Subscription Management page. If you receive a message that says "Invalid Login Credentials," you probably haven't completed setting up your account! To complete your account setup click here and be sure to enter the same email address to which you receive updates about your subscription. After clicking the "create" button you'll be redirected to the My Account page. On the right hand side, you'll see a button that says "Manage Subscription" under Account Details. Click this link to make any changes to your subscription.
If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription for any reason, you can cancel your subscription on the Subscription manger page. Simply login and click the "Manage Subscription" link to access this page. Click the "Manage" drop down and select "Cancel". If you have a prepaid subscription, select the "Manage" drop down then click "Prepaid Settings." Change the drop down on the pop-up that appears to "No" so your subscription does not renew.
